Body, Breath and MindThe overall aim of my yoga classes are to link the body’s movements with the breath. The synchronisation of the body and breath brings harmony to the mind; a little quiet cuts through the mental chatter. This to me is bliss, and this bliss is yoga’s gift to you.

Strength and StaminaDuring your yoga class, you will be guided into yoga postures that aim to build strength and stamina, improve muscle tone, increase muscular and joint flexibility and enhance postural alignment. Other benefits include a greater self-awareness, emotional balance, improved concentration and increased ability to relax & switch off.
